Fabulous Friends, Family and Embarassing Football Games

Yesterday we hosted our friends for a football party. We were very excited to watch our Dawgs take on the Gators in Jacksonville...until the first quarter was over. We were blown out by the Gators and completed embabrassed but we had a most wonderful time with our friends and family. The house was full of people and children and it was such a warm feeling. We were so thrilled to be with Billie and Robbie when they learned about the birth of their little boy, Beckham. We are keeping them in our prayers throughout the entire adoption process. My doctor would have been very upset with me since he has been telling me to rest and take it easy. I was on my feet most of the day and evening yesterday. Needless to say, my feet felt like they each weighed 1,000 lbs when I went up the stairs to go to bed. Thankfully DeAnn washed all the dishes and put everything away for me so I could get off my feet for awhile. Don't know what I would do without her! Here are a couple of pictures from the day.
