Today we experienced Lilly's first snowfall! We woke up to some truly nasty weather that only got worse as the day went on . She and I ventured out to Athens so I could meet a friend for lunch. Little did we know...Athens was receiving the worst of the weather!! Needless to say, that drive was pretty scary and treacherous. It took us an hour and a half to get home but we made it safely. I only fishtailed twice and used my defensive driving skills to keep us on the road. Brad and Mom were pretty upset with me and I definately learned my lesson. Note to self: no more driving in the snow!!

It came down hard for hours around here.
I think we'll have dinner outside tonight.
Logan was extremely jealous. He requested that I put my jacket on and go out with my shovel to get the snow off the road so that he could come over!
